Ended up not taking the position due to family having medical issues, so work familiarity became priority to new work. Screening with Carmon was super simple, and interview with Gabriela and Lisa was a pleasant conversation with professionals that wanted to build that professional relationship that actually allows growth, rather the old checklist of questions. I'd highly recommend working for this organization just based off this interview enteraction and the work I have seen them do.
