Worst hiring experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional with terrible communication throughout. Asked only just 2-3 questions before ending the interview after only 15 minutes and didn't know what to ask me. Two weeks later, I received an offer email. When followed up to clarify and ask about the start date, ghosted for a week. Eventual response? Actually still reviewing candidates and don't expect to hire for another 7 months, but remain "interested".

Very awkward interview process. They asked only a few questions about my software experience and briefly scrolled through my portfolio. It felt like a waste of time to have prepared at all. When I asked about the next steps, they said they would follow up via email. Two weeks passed with no update, so I reached out myself. They then informed me they weren't planning to hire until after January 2026, yet the interview took place in early October 2025. If there was no immediate hiring need, why conduct interviews in the first place? Glad I moved on and accepted another offer. I have never had an experience quite like this. Very poor communication and a disrespectful use of candidates' time.
