the interview process was standard. submit applications and resumes online. someone will call you to schedule and interview. you meet with the director in person. they asked about experience and how you handle difficult situations. they follow up with checking references and checking for clearances. they also make sure you have a physical to ensure you are physically fit for the position.

you can submit your resume online but it took several calls to see if it was received and if they were still hiring (they were and always are- RED FLAG). I had an interview and a follow up second interview. the job you interview for isn't always the place where you are placed within the company. an orientation video series has to be watched as well as clearances and a physical before you are on the job but it doesn't always happen. clearances can be pending which doesn't sound right when you are working with children.
