Smooth and chill process. It took 3 weeks to hear the decision. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. All panels asked diversity questions, so be prepared for that. Typical questions.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
