Fiz uma entrevista na empresa U.S. Bank (Harrisburg, PA).
Entrevista
It was an online interview. The questions were not too difficult, and it was an overall great experience. There was only one round of interviews. I would recommend this position to anyone.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela U.S. Bank em fev. de 2026
Entrevista
I applied through an employee referral and went through two rounds of video interviews. The overall process was straightforward and well-organized. The first round with the recruiter went smoothly and focused on my background and interest in the role.
The final round was a panel interview with three hiring managers and was largely behavioral, with questions centered on teamwork, problem solving, and past experiences. Looking back, I feel I could have expanded more on my examples and highlighted my experience in greater detail, even though I used the EAR method.
Overall, it was a professional and positive interview experience.
