Initial interview is virtual, panel interviewers are very friendly, and the questions are not difficult as long as you take the time to prepare. Second interview was in-person, same friendly environment, but less than a day later they sent a generic email that they wanted to go with other people without any feedback. Very discouraging, hard to gage why, and also was frustrating as I had spent my own money and a lot of time for the both interviews.
