Very unorganized. I was sent an email and asked to answer prescreening questions, which I answered. The same person literally forgot she sent me the questions previously and sent them again two weeks later, which I had to tell her Ive responded previously. I then eventually move on to a video interview, with an expectation set that I would hear back one way or another in a week. A month later, no courtesy status update.
