Entrevista
I interviewed for the Financial Management Specialist Program when GSA came to my campus. They held an info session the night before interviews and I thought it was really laid back and the people were really friendly. Because of the info session, I wasn't expecting the interview to be very formal, however, the interview was approx. 45 mins with 3 different people in the room asking questions. They were all behavioral questions, however, I felt like they were being rapid fired at me. Overall, I would say that they asked more questions than most of my other on campus interviews and was more intense than I was expecting. If you interview, make sure you have lots of stories that you can talk about in a precise manner. After the interview, they send a yes/no test of about 50 questions that is more skill specific. Overall, I heard back from them within a month.

Applied through University campus recruiting website and was contacted fairly quickly. The company held an information session a day prior to the interview.
The interview was conducted on-campus by 3 formal alumnae and they were very friendly
and outgoing.
As for the interview, it was mainly behavioral based. The main recruiting head did the questioning while one typed the responses and the other sometimes helped in asking questions too. Questions were also targeted at getting to know the candidate's personal interests, hobbies, and academic study.
Reply back after interview took about 2 weeks.

I applied through my school's career site and interviewed on campus with representatives from GSA. The interview consisted of several behavioral questions, but nothing technical. Pretty basic stuff. After the interview, I had to apply through usajobs.gov and take an extensive survey on my skills, educational experience, etc. I was told in my interview that it was hard to pass/qualify and that I should exaggerate my skills. I did not pass the test so I was not put through the process further.

All behavioral questions. I walked in and there were 4 people sitting there. They asked me questions about how I resolved a conflict in a workplace. What was my greatest regret since I started college. Have I used Excel to manage my bank accounts? <- Not sure what this question was about. And all of the typical tell me about a time when you.......questions. There was no questions about Finance at all. It was all behavioral.
