Very friendly people, the interview questions all relate to job. It took some time to clear the security to enter the building. Overall very positive experience. Questions are not hard, but do need to provide example of problem solving skills.

I applied in early October, was referred via USAJobs about 1 week later, and then was contacted for an interview in late November. I came in for a second interview less than a week later and was offered the position the following week. The interviewers were extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. I met directly with the CFO who spent significant time getting to know me and my goals which I really appreciated. Overall, the interview experiences with GSA, even if I had not been offered the position, I thought, were fantastic and really reflective of the work culture of GSA - open, interactive, and supportive.
