It was Amazing! Excellent platform for proving every individual. One and only the best interview entire my career. I understood the my role and responsibilities for this position they are clearly exposed in interview process.

I applied for this position through the USP website; after 3-4 weeks, I received a call from the HR. She scheduled a phone interview (Technical round) with the respective team for about 20 minutes. The interview panel (comprised of three candidates - director, manager and sr. scientist) asked me few questions about my prior job experience and the skills I obtained through it. After few days, I was called for a one-hour long Technical and Personal interview at their site. The same interview panel asked me questions about my familiarity with the USP and their nature of work, after that they explained the work they do at USP-India. They also asked technical questions pertaining to my experience and the concerns they have about my employment gap period. I enjoyed the interview with the USP team - they seem to be professional as well as friendly. While I didn't get the job, I got insights in to the company and the type of work they do at Indian facility. HR was really helpful in giving me the feedback about the reason why they didn't go with my profile for this particular position. All in all, it was a great experience - I learned many things from the interview process.
