Surprisingly very easy. More of a screening than anything else. I did have a recommendation from a Chief of Staff from the House side and believe that is what helped me most. My greatest advice is to already be living in DC if you want to work on the Hill.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interviews within the same week. Questions included the basics and then were specific to Senator, State, and their office. Pretty simple and typical process. While interviews were in quick succession, hearing back was over a week.
