Multiple interviews with different people. Some of which have no idea of the job that you are doing which made it very awkward. When you are interviewed, you are told about the position that you are supposed to be getting and it is not. There seems to be a lot of confusion between the people that interview you. HR seemed to not have anything to do with the process.
