Three rounds of interviews took about one month to complete. First interview was mainly behavioral and "checking boxes" for some technical requirements. Very conversational and relaxing. This took place with the relevant line manager and US managing director. Second interview was much more technical, ensuring I understood financial concepts. This was with an international panel within the chief data division. Third interview was entirely behavioral, with the recruiter. I was under the impression that the third interview was primarily to scope out any "red flags". All interviews were virtual, given that I have not yet relocated for the position. I was told I got the job a couple days after the last behavioral interview. After that, it took about two weeks to receive the offer and contract. The onboarding process takes approximately one month after you receive an offer. So, for the total time from application to first day, expect about 2 months. Overall, the interviewers made this experience very relaxing. I felt that the questions were fair and that I was valued in this process. Come prepared with questions and research the job description carefully and you should be fine.
