I applied through my university career center and was called upon for an interview on campus. THe on campus interview was pretty simple. Mostly personality questions. I get the feeling they want the right personality over someone super technical. The technical stuff can be taught. Be passionate, energetic, and deeply interested in what you are doing and it will show. I got a second interview at their super day. Two interviews with two directors and again very easy interviews. 99% personality questions. In fact most of my interviews was me asking them questions.
