Small group interview with a Lab Manager and one other applicant. It was friendly and easy going. They asked behavioral questions and had the interviewees switch off between answering first. All questions were as expected.

Entrevista
One interview, mainly behavioral questions regarding customer service/retail related scenarios. Other questions include technical skills in specific software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), assessment of your troubleshooting thought process, and scenarios where you are working alone. If accepted, you enter a week-long 'bootcamp' where they teach you skills needed for the job (Fall Quarter).

It's finals week. You are working during peak hours and 3 major things happen at the same time: the printer malfunctions from a student printing over 30 pages for their final paper, an instructor comes up to you and says all of their PCs (30 if you want a concrete value) in the classroom aren't working, and the bathroom on your floor is flooding out to the hallways. What do you do first?
