A straightforward process and standard questions were asked of me. Not much experience needed for this position, just be a self starter and communicate openly with the interviewer and make sure you fit the culture of the lab you're interviewing for.
Phone and then zoom interview. The interview was average and pleasant. First there was an HR phone call, then a call with the supevisor, then a zoom interview with a couple of employees. The last round of interview is with the manager themselves.
Got an interview from a biomechanics lab. It was mainly focused on their research topics and gauging if it fits my background. I only shared my background for 15 minutes, and that was enough for them to make decisions.
