The interview process was actually quite easy for me. The position I applied fit to my background and needed the skills I have. I did phone interview and then onsite interview. Interviewee was super helpful as well.
Skype interview with principal investigator, presentation interview in person to lab and other labs in the department on PhD work. Offer followed shortly after - comes from PI then HR department follow up

was a good experience, Great infrastructure, great scientific team and people to with. located in a convenient location. lot of scope for collaboration with neighboring labs. Scientifically motivating, encouraging atmosphere with lot of fun events and happy hours.
