Interview was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview. It was with an alumni of a program I went to so it was talking about experiences and how that could translate into the work at UCSF.
The recruiter reached out to me and asked to answer supplementary questions. After they reviewed the answers, the recruiter asked to schedule a phone interview. Then, the recruiter ghosted me after I provided time slots.

4 interviews, 3 panel, 1 case study. Interview process was long and drawn out for months. HR was confusing and sent wrong information, was also a bit rude and seemed to be confused themselves.
