Have a meeting to discuss previous research and have several 1:1 talk with the lab member. The interview is quite smooth and everyone is very nice to me. In general, academic interview is quite friendly and easy to handle more focus on researching work.

Presentation plus meeting different people plus seeing the lab around was a pretty good experience, also a lunch was included. I liked the place. I have recruited before and these guys seem very professional

PI was friendly and very clear on what he expected. Gave a presentation on my current work. The entire process was about 2 months starting from the first phone interview.
