Applied for general work study, got an email back from several position openings. I chose to pursue being a referee for intramural sports. I played water polo in high school and they needed water polo referees, so they loved that.
It was a smooth interview process. The interviewer went over both behavioural and technical aspects of the role. I was also given insights into what the role encompassed. Overall it was a positive experience where I was able to learn more about the role and share how I can contribute within the position.

Entrevista
The interview was easy going. The interviewer asked the previous experience and the reason to apply for the job. He said he would get back to be but he never did. It seems they are not hiring as much as previous years. No wonder workers went on strike.
The interview process is very smooth, you probably already got clear instructions on how is the interview going to be, very detailed instructions, and non-aggressive feelings. consists of fairness, openness, and integrity.
