Phone interview with Regional Manager . Second step was an in person interview with Medical Director and Practice Manager. Both interviews went well. They were friendly and transparent about the role I was applying for.

You will do 4-5 interviews (Recruiter, Regional Director/Department Head, Medical Director, MD staff of clinic), a skills questionnaire, and be required to provide 5 references (3 must be supervisors) who must complete an entire survey about you within days.

The interview process was fairly simple and straight forward. Creating an account was easy. Find the job you want to apply for. You will then be asked to take an assessment. Based on assessment results a recruiter will reach out to you if they decide to move forward with an interview. After the interview the next step is a reference check. If you pass the reference check you’ll receive an offer.
