There were four panel members on Zoom. I applied for an outpatient infusion role and they were asking me about how I have handled situations as a charge nurse. It was a really odd interview. The clinical coordinator was the only one asking real questions. Wasn't impressed with any of the interviewers. Not sure I would've accepted the offer had I been given one. The entire process took way too long. They said they'd have a decision the following week and I didn't hear back from them for a month.

It a straight forward interview. Managers asked questions regarding my experience and what trainings/projects I had. They also based their questions on my resume and some career moves that I made. I amStill waiting for an offer.
