Process took 2 months and had a total of 4 interviews. -application was to the point. Recruiter reached out around 2ish weeks to set up first interview appointment. [1] talked to 2 individuals from the department that I will be working with. Asked me scenario questions about my role and past experiences. How do I deal with conflict? [2] interview with physicians/providers in the department and they asked me about my experience and interest in this field; what my role will look like from their perspective; allowed me to ask questions [3] interview with educators who work in this department and they asked questions about my experience in this field, how I can teach these topics to colleagues and family/patients; my long-term goals [4] interview with director of department, asking about my experience and interest in position and why I would be a good fit for the role? Why UCLA? Each interview took around 1.5 weeks in between to respond and set up. The interviews lasted 20-45 min long, depending on the interest of the group and how many interviewers were involved during the interview.
