Recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn after I applied. She never communicated via email, only LI. This was frustrating because I rarely go on LI, and I’ve noticed LI email notifications are unreliable. I had a video screener with her, followed by an interview with her and the ops manager.
The interviews left me with a poor impression of the company. They repeatedly brought up how many of their processes were working poorly - like relying on tools that weren’t really suited for the job but couldn’t be changed. It felt like they were looking for someone who could tolerate a lot of disorganization and patchwork systems, rather than someone to help improve them.
Then they sent me a personality quiz. It was one of those quizzes where you check boxes next to adjectives. I guess I checked the wrong boxes because they ghosted me. I sent a follow-up message to the recruiter over a week later and did not receive a response.

There is a 30 minute behavioural interview with hr then a second hour long interview with engineering lead and manager. The first interview is easy and he was nice, the second was good but not as formal in questions very open for you to do the work instead of straight technical questions.

3 30 minute interviews and I thought they were all pretty straight forward. There wasn't a whole lot of questions. They kind of let you steer the conversation how you would like
