The recruiter contacted me about 10 days after I applied for the position. After the phone screen, I was told I would hear back from them in 7 days whether I was selected for an interview or not. After waiting 3 weeks I sent an e-mail to the recruiter requesting an update. The recruiter responded back 3 days after I sent request for an update advising they had already filled the position.
