I applied on line with my CV and a brief description of my suitability for the role. I was then invited for interview with a panel of specialists and asked to prepare a short presentation on an appropriate subject that had been specified a few weeks before attending. I was also required to complete a short assessment at the interview location prior to meeting the panel. This was straightforward and required no preparation. The interview itself was conducted in a very relaxed manner and very professionally handled by both the aviation specialists and the HR Manager. Overall, a very positive experience, well structured and supportive.
