Entrevista
The entire process took around a week. Applied online, got a call the next day, interview 2 days later and then another "interview" the day after and then got accepted on the same day as the second meeting with them.
The interviews were horribly vague in what role you are applying for, does not explain what they do and just promises fast-track career development without telling you what your role entails. The company makes themselves seem like a major, legit marketing firm when it's just a scam door-to-door sales company, luring young, desperate university graduates. The second "interview" was just following one of the managers around Sydney to chase down customers for them at your own expense for traveling costs (and time, as it's 10am-6pm). At the end of the day, you'll know if you've been accepted or not.

Entrevista
The interview is very easy so there is no need to prepare. But the interview is also vague as they did not reveal any useful information until the next round when they ask you to do the door to door sales.
The job advertisement is too fancy. Why you don't just directly to tell applicants in your advertisement your daily duty is door to door selling? I am not saying you are dishonest or wrong but it really wastes many people's time who are not interested in door to door selling at all. And it wastes your time to interview so many applicants.
I also found there are a few similar companies in the same unit. I guess they are doing the same things. For applicants who are not interested in door to door selling, be aware of such advertisements.

Entrevista
There are two stages of the interview
First part of the intera meeting with the companies owner.
The second part is filed day this is when you meet your team you will be knocking on peoples doors and spreading the word about a company your goals for the day is to get a feeling for the job.
This is when you will get an idea of what you will be doing for the next few months until you are promoted.
