Excellent with ability to ask my own questions to verify that company and team culture would be a fit. Discussed my experience and was asked situational questions by peers and leaders. Got a good sense of the company through the interview process.

The interview with the recruiter went great! The manager with the hiring manager however was awful. I felt that I had no chance from the start. It was a thirty minute interview where she barely asked any questions aside from tell me about yourself. The interview was conducted virtually which is no problem aside from the distractions she had at home. She seemed irritated by that which I felt in turn caused overall frustration to where she wanted to hurry and end the call. When I asked what characteristics she was looking for in the potential candidate to have in order to be successful in the role she emphasized the fact that she wanted someone who is genuine and authentic. As if I were being phony or something. Overall her attitude sucked and was a huge turn off. She rushed me off the call as I was still speaking not even allowing me a minute to spare. She came across as very unpleasant and not someone who I would enjoy working for anyway so it honestly was a blessing in disguise. She was condescending in her responses as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Even if that were the case, which it weren't you should never allow the potential candidate to pick up on how you feel about them. But it was evident almost immediately when speaking with her that I wouldn't get the job. What a prude. Thank goodness I just got hired literally the next day with a company where folks seem much nicer.

Entrevista
The interview process involved an initial phone screening with a talent acquisition specialist where they asked various questions to ensure I had a foundation for the job. After the phone screening, I attended an open house interview session with about 24 other candidates where we were able to mix and mingle with some of the managers and employees that we would be working with. We all conducted to one or two interviews during the open house. After the open house, I had interview with the manager of the team I would be on. Finally, I was required to complete a writing assignment for the job position.
