Two step interview process. First is a Skype call just to gauge interest. It's extremely easy. Just be competent with whatever field you're working in and you'll be fine. The second interview was on-site. There are three, 30-minute interviews during that time. The people I talked to were extremely personable and easy to talk to. They made me excited at the possibility of working for the company. Just be enthusiastic and try to connect with them in a way that isn't totally related to the job (I briefly talked to an interviewer about how he moved to Indy recently and another how I like building computers.)

A lot of behavioral questions. Essentially asking how you would respond to certain situations.

I actually placed a resume for the Project manager position and got a call back 2 days later for the applications consultant position. Set up a phone interview for the next day. During the phone interview got extended a on site interview 3 days later. Sat down with 3 people back to back took about a hour and half. Then got called back a week later for another round of interviews with only 2 people. 4 days later a job offer was extended and accepted.

The interview process begins with a recruiter. The questions are standard. You simply review your experience based on the resume you submitted. The next steps are with a hiring manager. I found that interview just a little more challenging. Bring examples of actual experiences to this interview. Be ready to speak to some unusual circumstances. Once I completed that process, I believe I spoke to another Consultant. They were less skilled at interviewing and had a set of questions they wanted to ask. When the offer was made, the hiring manager I spoke to made the call and the offer.
