Extremely lengthy interview process.recently I went through 6 round of interview completed in 2 days.I gave each round face to face and I was able to answer each and every questions confidently and was hopeful to get selected as main technical round interview went really more than 3 and half hours long. But to my surprise, feedback I got that finally was I hadn't product experience and my experience was too huge to fit to that role. It wasted my time and could have been checked profile fitness in very beginning. They are not serious for this position and are passing just time.looks like interview panel & technical team has been lobbing not to take any external candidate and are feeling insecure. My advice to job seeker is to be careful and don't waste your time giving interview there. First check their seriousness and then agree for face to face interview.
