Currently in the 3rd step of the interview process. First interview was with a TA specialist. the following week i had an interview with 2 practice managers that lasted 45 minutes. All questions were role specific, they want to insure they hire the right people for the role so I appreciated the phone interview being strictly about how you would handle the current role. Currently awaiting my 3rd Interview, which is a presentation demo with the practice managers.

Very easy process but was kept as a bait for someone more qualified to accept the offer as I think the reason Finance Team said not to hire because of the budget constraint can't be possible after telling me that they are willing to offer me the role.

What do you think is the best part is about your job?
Through is the word that I would use to describe the interview process. I did not feel intimidated during the interview. I had a total of five interviews for my position.

Entrevista
The whole interview lasted 12 minutes. The HR assigned to interview me was on a holiday and the substitute HR took 5 minutes to calculate if my salary expectations are within the budget.
I was asked what I know about the company and when I left my previous job.
The HR was not able to answer my questions and gave me information only about the interview process. Six months later and no feedback.
