I first submitted my résumé. I received an email after that wanting to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and lasted about 20 minutes. About a week later, I was contacted to take part in their in person interview process. This consisted of three one on one interviews. All of the interviewers were very nice and the environment of the company seemed very lively. The questions were standard interview questions. I was offered the position the next day. From submitting my résumé to receiving the offer, it took about 2 weeks.

I applied for a position, but they made a mistake and sent me the job description for a different role in another country. I contacted HR, and they told me it wasn’t an issue. I had the interview, and they were rude, even making faces during the conversation. You could sense the toxic work environment from the outside. The communication from the PM in Madrid was somewhat aggressive and unprofessional. UKG is all about marketing; I don’t see anything "people-centric" about it. It’s better to work somewhere that values your effort.
