The process started with the internal recruiter, then met with the hiring manager. The recruiter called me, after going through two interviews over the course of a couple of weeks, to let me know that they wouldn't be considering me further because I do not have a 4-year degree, despite my 20+ years experience selling in this space. They way they handled the conversation was unprofessional and left me with a really negative impression. I was referred by a Kronite and we both thought it they handled it really poorly.
First round was not intense, interviewer asked basic questions about what makes me stand out as a sales candidate and what traits I have in other fields that can carry over to sales

Terrible process. Initial interview they were keen then when I met with the hiring manager he was disinterested. I am still waiting for an outcome from the interview :)
