I applied online and through some reference. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kronos Incorporated, NOIDA in April 2019. Technical Interview (F2F), followed by two management interview a few days later. The recruiter was quick to respond. Offer was made almost immediately

Technical interview: I was asked questions relevant to my experience with the various technologies related to SQL Server Database Administration. They asked different level of questions. What was the scope of your work? What kind of problems did you solve and how.
Management interview: I was asked some questions such as following:

Where do you see after 3 years in this organisation?

Requirements and expectations were explained to be before the process started. The response time after the process was really quick and the HR's availability to answer any queries that i had was a cherry on the top.
