Interview process was very smooth.
I have applied to kronos through mail. within a day my resume got shortlisted , then Interview process begin.
My 1st technical round Interview being setup In a week .Recruiter response and support was very much appreciable, she did response my every queries and concerns . Interviewer was very much polite and cool. he was listing and responding to answers and giving feedback on answers also.
within a week my 2nd round of Interview scheduled ,again Interview panel was very much supportive , they given feedback to my queries and answers .
Third round was techno Managerial round. It was one of my best Interview i got a good collections of questions , suggestions and feedback's.
panel was very much flexible with my time availability as my previous company was having some fix hour of working so i have to manage my interview during the remaining hour of working day . offer letter was also given on time.
overall it was great Interview process. even after Interview also i was timely connected with HR and they were like responding to my concerns. It was time of Covid-19 so i was having little fear of because it was a critical time everything was locked but i got deliver my laptop on my home .

Online coding assessment on random algorithm and data structure questions. Then in person interview with basic html and sql questions, followed up by a white board coding interview. Problem was on the easy side. Function that receives two lists and returns the max between the two

Overall the interview wasn't that much tough, you should know the basics of java and spring boot and Java memory management and it should be enough and in the end interviewer also asked some aptitude based questions.

Entrevista
Applied via a UKG recruiter. The process started with an online assessment that included 2 coding questions and 1 SQL problem. After completing that, I had a recruiter screening. The recruiter emphasized that their hiring process was “META-level” and that they bring on FAANG-level engineers. However, the salary offered was extremely low—honestly, even interns at big tech companies get paid more.
After the screening, I followed up but received no responses and was eventually ghosted. About a month later, I got an automated rejection email.
Overall, a very disappointing experience: lengthy process, unrealistic bragging, poor compensation, and lack of professionalism in communication.
