I was referred by a current employee. I was contacted about 2 hours later (very fast), for an initial phone screen of ~25 minutes with a remote, internal HR recruiter for kronos/UKG. A day later, I was contacted by the same recruiter to set up the face to face which occurred the following week. I was greeted by a local HR rep, who gave me a short, onsite tour of a couple of common spaces, and then escorted to a conference room for a single, afternoon long set of face to face technical interviews with the hiring manager and 4 team engineers. Each session lasted a 1/2 hour. The entire thing lasted about 4 hours. Long, but not unusually so, and pretty standard. I did notice and respect that everyone was prompt. It was quite professionally handled.
