5 rounds of interview ....2 by PMO ..one by Engineering...one by Senior leadership..............they value the certifications and also exposure to google cloud will be a plus...The HR interview is just more over salary negatiation.

The interview process was absolutely awful. First of all UKG prefers to hire from within so my whole interview just felt like a formality. The interviewer was a director. She made no attempt to make eye contact with the camera or at least seat up in her chair. She also didn’t ask me any interview questions and failed to answer the few questions I asked her. She literally just filled the time with small talk. A complete waste of time. I will never apply to this company again. I also have two friends that work here and they’re wildly overworked.

Courteous and congenial screening process. A strong emphasis on who you are as a person, your interests, and more than anything else, what you know about the company and why you want to work there. Be sure to emphasize how you will make the workplace more dynamic with your presence and keep the language at a human, conversational level.
