When the job was posted, applied through Ultimate recruiting application which is used for internal and external candidates. Next steps were phone interviews then face to face interview with multiple individuals. I was offered a position after the final interview.

bottom line, it wasn't just them interviewing me, but I was able to connect with about 5 employees all with varying degrees of tenure. I also met with several hiring managers. Had dinner with them to ensure it was the right decision for me as well. They kept is casual and I could clearly see they were looking for individuals who are friendly, passionate and have a strong desire for being part of the best. basically it took a few phone calls at first to a friend who already worked there. After that, I submitted by Linked in profile for them to review, they seemed to be pleased with it and within 2 weeks I had the job.
