The interview surrounded my background in design and above anything else, AI. The interviewer was thrilled about my background, and clearly, I felt I was way more experienced than him in areas relative to design and AI as he kept asking for my opinions. There were moments where I got a bit stuck since I have a condition (accessibility-related), and also since I needed time to think before I answered accordingly. Despite being so vocal about DEI, accessibility, and inclusion, based on my negative experience and from what I learned - they are not tolerant towards people with speech difficulties.
