Too formal, if they not gonna hire atleast they dont waste your time going on an onsite interview, hiring managers not letting you explain further about your skills set, they sould not put hiring ads if they just gonna say they full on unit already.

Phone screen with an HR recruiter going over basics on the resume. Then I had an interview with the manager where she gave me a tour of the unit as well

The interview process was simple and quick. The manager got back to me the same day stating I was selected for the position. Had a quick onboarding process and started within a few weeks.
