if your application is shortlisted, then you participate in written test
if you passed written test, then third stage is interview.
if you succeeded interview then you must must pass medical examination

why you are the best candidate for this position
tell about situation when you' ve chosen exceptional decision making to solve the issue
The process takes about 2 months. Once shortlisted, I was asked to do a written test which takes about 2 hours to complete. The test focus on managerial experience rather than technical knowledge. After, I was asked to join the interview with four panels in the room. The interview was virtual.

It lasts months in total for the process duration applied through webpage also possible to apply through rosters that are published regularly on their website and social media
interview process takes longer than you can imagine. The process starts with an initial HR call, then a written assessment/exam, then an actual interview. It took a while to hear back from HR. then I had to fill in my referees. My referees were contacted via email. I was then given an offer afterwards.
