The entire interview process was very streamlined. I applied online and was contacted for an interview about 2 weeks later. I interviewed on Skype. I had my webcam on and they did not have theirs on, so this was a bit awkward. The entire interview was competency based and they asked many questions testing my knowledge of international development. They also asked about my general background and interest in international development.

Entrevista
It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
