I applied for the position of Marketing Communications Manager in May 2018 and few weeks later I received an invitation for a written test for this position. There was selected up to 5 persons and I was the youngest there. The test lasted about 2 hours and all the candidates had to write some articles, briefs, social media posts and other stuff, without any internet sources. The thematic were "How to keep the planet green" and that's because the project's topic were Green City. One month later, I received the written test results and I was informed that I had not been selected but they encouraged me to apply for any future positions at UNDP. Overall, that was a good experience. People with who I interacted were very nice and I saw them only at the beginning and the end of the test.
