I interned at the UNDP China. It was a group interview with five other students (master and undergrads in their senior year). We were asked to promote an imagined App. It was important to show you can collaborate with other people. do not be too aggressive.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

Entrevista
It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
