Very simple interview with the Zambia CO, asked about the basics of project cycle management and environment and climate change. was quite a large panel (at least 4 people maybe 5) but dont think that all the panel participated. Interview was on Skype.

I think it’s about their internal budget. Good experience for me but also very time consuming

After an online written test, I was invited to an online panel interview. The test was not difficult at all but the interview included some technical questions which would require good knowledge of the area.

What does it make you an excellent candidate for this job?
Great interview. It started later than the time indicated, but an email was sent to notify me of the delay. The panel was prepared and asked mostly technical questions related to the role. It was an online interview and each panelists asked 1 question.
