They do fake exams, fake job posts, and fake hiring processes while the employees are already pre-selected internally this is so that they can just pass external audits and keep embezzling foreign funds for themselves
Was awful, they mistreated people, and we took exams while they already had internally hired someone so that they just passed external audits and published ads about jobs so that they just continue getting foreign fund for themselves.
