the whole procedure was pretty slow overall. The process was over in a few months, the job opening was advertised in june, the interview in september and the start on november. The interview was a competency based one.

The off-line interview took about 20 mins. First, they asked about my understanding of the job. Then, they asked some behaviour questions such as how you deal with multi-task, the experience that you need to complete a task in a really short time.
