I applied for the position in February, was contacted for a written test over two months later. After 3 weeks I was invited for a 30-minute panel interview. The panel interview is very formal, you are expected to give specific steps to what you would do in a given situation.
The process is very long, the HR not very responsive. I waited 6 weeks to get a reply after the interview, never received any specific feedback.

Ho mandato la mia candidatura ad aprile e mi hanno risposto ad agosto, informandomi che ero nella shortlist dei candidati. La settimana successiva ho sostenuto il colloquio e dopo circa 3 settimane ho ricevuto una mail con l'esito.

First, there was a written one hour test that was submitted by email. I was called for an in-person interview about a week later. The interview was competency based with a three person panel.
