Got invited for an interview and received offer in 4 weeks. It was an easy interview and very straightforward. The contract started fairly quickly as well. It was also informal and that was enjoyable too.

The interview was scheduled after shortlisting and was focused on the job description at hand. It was straightforward but the results took awhile to come back as they have a lot of procedures to follow.

Entrevista
Very harsh interviews, very demanding on your background. We basically discussed about the situation in South Africa and Namibia, as I mentioned in my CV that I have been working as volunteers there. UNICEF has a few projects there and they challenged my understanding about local political practices.
