The entire interview process was just plain distasteful and horrid. I read the 2 reviews posted by ex-staff about the company and it seems that I am not alone on my negative views about this company. Email exchanges between the recruiter and myself was professional and friendly. But when I went down to their office for the official interview, I quote a glassdoor reviewer "they are not as nice as they seem". I arrived for the interview on time, entered their office, and was shown to chair by a staff who looked like a tired zombie to wait for the interviewers. The waiting time was alright, around 20 minutes and they had a cute dog in the office to kill my time. I was then greeted by the recruiter and brought to a small open space office for my interview. I was introduced, and introduced myself officially to the recruiter and the Manager who gave me a black face, and refused to accept my handshake. I assume I am nothing but a lowly job applicant who does not have the honour of shaking her royal hand. At that point all my alarm bells started ringing, and my impression of this company worsened every minute. The environment was tense, staff looked like they lacked sleep, and the Manager seemed as if I stepped on her tail. With a steam roller. Multiple times. Nevertheless, I did not get the job. No loss on my part. I will list down some questions that I was asked in the interview. They will tell you that you will have to start from the bottom (if you do not have any related experience) with a monthly salary of less than $1000. You may be a degree holder but this "rule" will apply to you as well. Tldr: You will be constantly pressured and be treated with little to no respect from the management during your interview. If you feel terrible about yourself and your lack of ability, after the interview, do not worry about it. You're just not "cool" enough to be part of the mean girls squad. You'll definitely find other opportunities out there. However, if you would like to attempt a high-level interview session to personally up your interview skills, I would recommend applying for a position with them.
